Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
  1. Send the cancellation requests to secretariat@aris2026.org
  2. Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
  4. No refunds will be entertained post March 15, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
  5. Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.

 

Refund Policy:
  1. 100% Refund: If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 or any government regulations.
  2. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 31st October 2025 (25% cancellation fee applies).
  3. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made between 01st November to 31st December 2025 (50% cancellation fee applies).
  4. 25% of the registration fee will be refunded for cencallations made between 1st January 2026 to 15th March 2026 (75% cencellation fee applies).
  5. No Refund will be provided for request made on or after 15th March 2026.
