Terms & Conditions:
- The registration fee mentioned above is inclusive of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
- You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI or transferring the amount online (wire transfer/ NEFT).
- Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 3.50% for all online transactions.
- Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
- Student ID/ Letter from HOD is mandatory to register under the student category.
- The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in the date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- Banquet tickets can be purchased from the registration counter @ Rs. 5900/-, per person - for SPOUSES ONLY.
Inclusions:
- Conference kit/bag with all conference information.
- Access to scientific sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend sessions.
- Conference luncheons and banquet.
- Separate registration is required for respective tutorials/workshops.
- Participation certificate will be sent as e-version after 8-10 days on closure of the conference, only to those who attend.
- The disbursal of the delegate kit for on-spot registrations will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to the conference secretariat, on or before December 31, 2025.
- Refunds will be made after deducing the GST amount and the processing fee of Rs. 500/-.
- No refunds will be entertained post December 31, 2025; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee decision will be final in this regard.
- Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
